MPSE 2026 Golden Reel Nomination
I'm so grateful and excited to be nominated for an MPSE Golden Reel Award in the Verna Fields Outstanding Achievement in Sound Editing Student Film category!
Animal Recording Sessions
I was fortunate enough to spend two recording sessions at the Toledo Zoo for my senior thesis! We were able to spend time recording the vocalizations of over 10 animals and I'm thrilled with the content we walked away with. Special thanks to everyone at the zoo for supporting my project, especially the keepers who know their animals so well and were incredibly helpful during this process, Corey Wyckoff for facilitating everything and being our guide, and my helping hands Julian Sarkissian and Shantelle Subkhanberdina for coming along for the ride. I'm very excited to put all of this amazing material to good use!
On Gallows Hill
I'm very excited to announce we have wrapped On Gallows Hill, a feature film I was lucky enough to work on as the sound designer, foley artist, and re-recording mixer. This project was such a labor of love, I learned and accomplished so much during this process and I'm very proud of the final product!
I want to thank Ed Shimborske my amazing director who trusted me with the sonic vision of his film, and Julian Sarkissian my partner in crime and on the mix stage, your friendship and support personally and professionally mean the world to me.
Post Production Intern at Fremantle and Original Productions
I had the privilege of working at Fremantle and Original Productions' post production house Max Post this summer as a Post Production Intern. I learned an incredible amount about voice over sessions, sound design, re-recording mixing, managing media, and troubleshooting. A huge thank you to Chris Chappel, Fred Howard, and the amazing people at Max Post for their knowledge, patience, and kindness. I truly couldn't have asked for a better team!​
